DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between NFS (the Seller), whose details are provided below, and the person who makes a purchase through the website (the Buyer), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. Product and Order Information

The type, model, color, size, sales price, and payment details of the products are specified at the time of order and constitute an integral part of this agreement.

4. Delivery

The ordered products shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1–5 business days after the payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on the Buyer’s address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

6. Returns and Refunds

In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the returned product reaches the Seller.
Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the Buyer.

7. Payment

Payments can be made by credit card or other payment methods offered by the Seller. Payment transactions are carried out securely via the PayTR payment infrastructure.

8. Enforcement

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
